Okay, I've done it now. I really hope it wasn't a mistake! I do know a lot of people who go and hopefully they will be a help! I joined a gym. I SAID IT! The gym is only about a mile from my house and they offer basic stuff, but are expanding.
I do always feel better AFTER the workout is finished, but it is just getting there! YA KNOW??? I am going this morning to a Cardio Kickboxing class, which I like. Although last Wednesday, there was a substitution of a Zumba class. You say, "What is Zumba???" I said it too! Basically latin dance moves with basic cardio moves. I was very sore. I didn't care for the instructor, but the idea of the class was fun. Today, I am NOT in the mood for Zumba! If she is there, I am on the treadmill!

Good for you! I've tried a Zumba class. Oh my gosh, it is not for me! It has way too much hip action and shakin' of the booty! : ) haha. I am much more of a boot camp exerciser. Serious and straight to the point. I know a lot of others who absolutely love Zumba. I figure whatever you like and gets you to the gym is better than the alternative. : )
